This starts with a walk through your entire home as a potential buyer.
The walk through and verbal consultation should take about an hour depending on the size of your home.
I can produce a written plan for you to keep and return if further assistance is required.
I will be honest about my feedback and offer you low cost solutions. You wont be asked to build an extension or re-design the kitchen, but I will provide advise on how to make your home more appealing to buyers.
All I ask if that you treat my visit as if you would a viewing.
